Our mission is the be the hands and feet of Jesus by encouraging others to move beyond the four walls of the church, to breakdown any “boxes” that we have put God in, and to bring Jesus (and all He has to offer) to our community, our nation, and to the ends of the earth. We desire to live a faith that is active! (James 214-25 & Ephesians 3:14-21)
Remembrance Church has partners with PRC for over 20 years! The PRC Grand Rapids provides care to men and women in a professional and respectful manner. They offer compassion and resources to those who see support, and they do this all with a deep dependence on Jesus and God’s leading.
Matthew’s House Ministry is a faith-based, non-profit ministry that reacher out to West Side neighbors in need. They are a place of support for individuals and families who have no physical home. In addition, they have a strong connection with the community, as well as provide several programs that make a long-tern impact and change. One of the most exciting things about Matthew’s House is their tiny house project. Tiny homes are built as part of a program that transitions homeless families into homes.
City Hope Church was founded by Dave VanderWoude, a former Remembrance Worship Director who was called to plant a church! City Hope Church is a community of people with all needs and abilities, a church of those with and without disabilities, together growing in Christ, discovering our gifts, and serving.
The Other Way is a local ministry on the West Side of Grand Rapids. They help low-income families with no home. TOW works to remove barriers, increase access to basic needs, and empower families. They do this through providing youth programs, daycare programs, a food pantry, a community garden, discipleship programs, transitional housing and so much more all in the name of Jesus.
Our Chad Mission Partners and their four children are full time missionaries. They work mainly in an unreached nomad area in the desert of Chad where the locals are primarily Muslim. They spend time learning the language, cultivating relationships and planting seeds of the Gospel.
Greg Yoder is the president of Christian World Outreach. Greg brings leadership and vision as CWO reaches people in developing countries and helps them to improve their quality of life. CWO primarily works in Haiti, South Africa, Burkina Faso, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe.
Our India Mission Partners are full time missionaries where they live with their five boys. They know the language and can teach and share the Gospel in the local language. They are training local believers in the Bible and how to reach the unreached people of India. India is a closed nation with millions of people who have not heard the Gospel.
