This is an amazing weekend conference held at the Grand Traverse Resort in Travers City.  From awesome bands and speakers, to pools, shopping, and the luxuries of this great hotel, Genesis is an incredible growth and fun experience that you will not want to miss...hundreds of high school kids will be there!

SUMMER MISSION TRIP - ADIRONDACK MOUNTAINS, NEW YORK
Dates: July 24-31 (tentative dates)
Cost:  $320
Deposit: $50 and reservation slip due by Sunday, November 22nd
This summer, we're headed to an amazing, but often overlooked part of our country.  When you think if New York, you thing of the Empire State building and big city life, but the northeastern portion of the state is a vast wilderness of mountains, lakes, and pristine natural beauty.  In this wild setting, we'll settle in the town of Warrensburg to do service projects, run kids clubs, and enjoy all that this area has to offer.


IMPACT

Take a stone and toss it into a pond, then watch the ripples spread out of the surface of the water.  That’s an IMPACT…an event that sends ripples out and changes the world around it.  That’s the purpose of our ministry…

We design meetings, events, and trips that deeply impact the faith of every student who visits our ministry.  We seek to challenge every student, no matter where they are in their faith.

  PROGRAMMING


  IMPACT: Sunday Nights, 7-8:30pm (Doors open at 6:30pm)

Sunday night IMPACT is our main youth group meeting for high school students.  It has elements of games, video, drama, along with worship and teaching relevant to the world of high school students.  There is also a time of small groups, to help students build relationships and dig deeper into their faith.  IMPACT is the one meeting each week designed to challenge any student, no matter where they are in their faith.



CORE: Wednesday Nights, 6:30-8pm

CORE represents the next step of spiritual growth for high school students.  It is a mix of off-campus service projects, in-church service opportunities, and deep Bible studies that focus on serving and growing deeper in faith.  CORE is for students who are looking for an opportunity to stretch their faith and grow deeper.

  EQUIP: Sunday Mornings, 9:50-10:50am

EQUIP represents a combination of large group and small group classes with a strong emphasis on giving the tools and skills to get involved in ministry and missions.  Classes are broken up into 4-6 week units.  Some classes will remain together as one large group, while others are separated by grade or offered as electives (student may choose which class they attend).  Equip is the place for students to gain the skills to make a difference in their world
